Mason has taken on various aspects of two home reno's for me and has done outstanding work! No matter what the task, from installing a bathroom ceiling to repairing a deck to basically anything, Mason can handle it and his work is conscientious perfection.

Recently the Council at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church decided that new steps were needed from the parking lot to the sanctuary. Bids were requested from various contractors and after discussions with those contractors we selected BRO Property Services. In our dealings with Mason Karvakko, owner, we found him and his team to be professional, intelligent, hard workers and easy to work with. The steps turned out beautiful and the job was completed on time and under budget. St. Bart's was well pleased with the results of BRO's work and look forward to using them on future projects. BRO Property Services put up a fence for us. We had already purchased the materials with the intention of putting it up ourselves but we realized we were in a little over our heads. We hired Bro to help with finishing our pole barn. They installed steel siding, interior doors as well as a variety of other tasks. We could not be more impressed. It’s a rarity in our world to find the level of consistent, conscientious and proficient skills they had. They did not waste time, kept the site clean, and were great communicators.
