It started with a hang tag Bro Property Services left on our door knob. We'd been looking for a contractor to replace the rotting logs that were no longer supporting the roof over our deck. I called the number on the hang tag and Mason came out. He provided an estimate, we accepted, and off we went. The project had one hiccup when the city said they needed a structural engineer to weigh in but Mason handled it. Mason and his team were thoughtful, careful, and precise in their work. Best of all was the COMMUNICATION, I really appreciate a heads up about delays, work days, any thing that affects a job. Mason was on it! Thanks-it's great to have that project ✅ off the list!

Recently the Council at St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church decided that new steps were needed from the parking lot to the sanctuary. Bids were requested from various contractors and after discussions with those contractors we selected BRO Property Services. In our dealings with Mason Karvakko, owner, we found him and his team to be professional, intelligent, hard workers and easy to work with. The steps turned out beautiful and the job was completed on time and under budget. St. Bart's was well pleased with the results of BRO's work and look forward to using them on future projects. Mason and his crew did a great job fixing my house after I had water damage. He explained and communicated things well prior to and during the job. He also sent in the paperwork the insurance required in a timely matter. I will definitely recommend him to others.

BRO Property Services put up a fence for us. We had already purchased the materials with the intention of putting it up ourselves but we realized we were in a little over our heads. Mason was amazing to work with and did a fantastic job. Our fence is sturdy, looks beautiful, and is better than we could have ever done ourselves. We hired Bro to help with finishing our pole barn. They installed steel siding, interior doors as well as a variety of other tasks. We could not be more impressed. It’s a rarity in our world to find the level of consistent, conscientious and proficient skills they had. They did not waste time, kept the site clean, and were great communicators.
